Whether you want a longer bottom for cooler weather riding, or you simply want more coverage (for protection or modesty), you’ll like the Joanie Capri. The real bonus for me was that they looked just as cute off the bike as on so you can get lots of use out of them.

These shorts are my favorite. So much so, I ordered another pair. I haven't worn them riding but I wear them everywhere else! I love the fit, the way they positioned the back pocket so you don't really feel your phone and I have plenty of pockets to carry all the dog-gear when I take my puppy for a walk. Awesome shorts!
Great mountain biking shorts. I really like the fit and flexibility of them. I had tried a size extra small at first but they were just a little too snug for my liking. Club Ride provided a very quick and free exchange to get me what I needed.
I bought these for commuting and the length means i don't need to slather as much sunscreen
Capris are low waist style yet, no “muffin top” issues. The waist fit firmly and gave a wonderful support to my lower back. Bonus! The awesome stretch of the fabric allowed for a snug fit around my thighs, hips and waist and yet remain very comfortable. For reference, natural waist 32, low waist 36, hips 38, thighs 38 (circumference around both thighs). I usually wear 4-6 in ready to fit jeans.
Even with a snug fit, the pockets are absolutely usable. No use for adjustable waist at this time but it is a very nice feature. I could see these being good for curves because the fabric stretches well in all areas but the waistband is firm. Less likely to pouch outwards from full behinds. Very lightweight fabric.
Overall, I am thrilled about the fit. These are my first pair of MTB specific shorts. I prefer yoga pants or bibs. I ride daily so we shall see if these capris hold up over the long haul.
