Free Shipping Policy
Club Ride offers free domestic shipping on orders over $125 USD with a customer account. This extends to full price orders not placed by outdoor professionals in our Pro Program.
We are happy to offer additional shipping methods for both UPS and USPS.
We live the mountain lifestyle and understand that USPS may not deliver to your home address so we have added UPS Ground, 2 Day and Standard Overnight shipping options.
Canadian Customers do not qualify for free shipping but will have $27.95 flat rate international shipping. Please note duties and fees are not included in your cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the customer at this time.
Outside of the United States and Canada international shipping is a flat rate of $49.95 through USPS. Club Ride is not responsible for any additional individual country duties fees that may apply to your order as they are out of our control.
Free Exchange Shipping Policy
Club Ride offers free domestic shipping on exchanges for customers with accounts within the first 30 days after an order has been placed. Free exchange shipping is available for the first exchange of a product. Products from our Closeout categories do not qualify for free exchange shipping.
Club Ride does not offer free return shipping on sale items or during sale periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday in which discounts exceed 45% off MSRP. Club Ride does not offer free return shipping on multiple exchanges. Club Ride does not offer free return shipping on international orders.
