Let’s face it, sometimes something doesn’t fit right, or the color isn’t exactly what you were expecting. We understand and want you to be satisfied with your order, so here is our easy return policy.
Please follow the below instructions to process your return:
1. Click the link below to enter your email and order confirmation #
2. Select which item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
3. Provide us with the reason for your return or exchange.
4. Once completed you will be able to print a return shipping label. A second label will be emailed to the email address you provided in case you have any issues.
5. Ship the product back to us.
Club Ride is guaranteeing the fit of our Chamois (AKA Bike Shorts/Padded Underwear). If a chamois doesn't fit as expected we'll send you the next size up or down free of charge on your first chamois order only on full price orders not placed by outdoor professionals in our Pro Program. Chamois contact intimate areas and as intimate apparel cannot be returned and restocked. We stand behind our designs and understand all bodies are different, so we want to ensure you have the best fit and size for your ride! The Club Ride size guarantee is on same chamois replacement only.
To begin a fit guarantee replacement email email@example.com with your name, shipping address, order number, product, size ordered & size requested. We’ll get your replacement shipped out free of charge.
You must return the item(s) within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date. Return items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags including Club Ride Apparel hangtags attached. Once we receive your return package, please allow fourteen (14) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed or credited.
If you believe you have received a defective product please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 208.726.2582 x2 within ten (10) business days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
If you purchased your product at a location or website other than clubrideapparel.com you will need to return/exchange your products through store or website in which the original purchase was made. The retailer you purchased from will be able to assist you in making your return.
All extra delivery charges, Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into a foreign country outside of the United States are non-refundable to the customer and will not be paid for by Club Ride on any orders or exchanges. Due to the above, we cannot accept International exchanges or returns.
Club Ride stands behind our high quality fabrics and construction to perform under normal and strenuous conditions. Our product warranty extends for the life of the product for any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Failures due to accidents, wear and tear or improper care are not covered under our warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
