Let’s face it, sometimes something doesn’t fit right, or the color isn’t exactly what you were expecting. We understand and want you to be satisfied with your order, so here is our easy return policy.

 

Return Instructions

Please follow the below instructions to process your return.

2. Select which item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
3. Provide us with the reason for your return or exchange.
4. IMPORTANT: Within 5 business days we will send you a Return Authorization #. You must write this number on the outside of your return package.

You must return within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed or credited. You will also receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been shipped.

 Sale & Clearance items are non-refundable and may only be exchanged for other product or store credit.

 If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Service at customerservice@clubrideapparel.com or call us at 877.708.2582 within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

 

If You Purchased From Another Website Or Retailer

If you purchased your product anywhere but from clubrideapparel.com you will need to return/exchange your products through that store or website. The retailer you purchased from will be able to assist you in making your return.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

All extra delivery charges, Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into their country are non refundable and will not be covered by Club Ride on any orders or exchanges. International customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns. Due to the above, we cannot accept International exchanges or returns.

 

Warranty Policy

Club Ride stands behind our high quality fabrics and construction to perform under normal and strenuous conditions.  Our product warranty extends for one year from date-of-purchase for any defects in materials or craftsmanship.  Failures due to accidents or improper care are not covered under our warranty.
