Let’s face it, sometimes something doesn’t fit right, or the color isn’t exactly what you were expecting. We understand and want you to be satisfied with your order, so here is our easy return policy.
Please follow the below instructions to process your return:

You must return the item(s) within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date. Once we receive your return package, please allow fourteen (14) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed or credited. You will also receive an email confirmation when we have shipped your exchange order.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 208.726.2582 x2 within two (2) business days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
If you purchased your product at a location or website other than clubrideapparel.com you will need to return/exchange your products through store or website in which the original purchase was made. The retailer you purchased from will be able to assist you in making your return.
All extra delivery charges, Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into a foreign country outside of the United States are non-refundable to the customer and will not be paid for by Club Ride on any orders or exchanges. Due to the above, we cannot accept International exchanges or returns.
Club Ride stands behind our high quality fabrics and construction to perform under normal and strenuous conditions. Our product warranty extends for the life of the product for any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Failures due to accidents, wear and tear or improper care are not covered under our warranty.
