I bought three shirts for my son. He is very selective about his clothes and told me that these shirts were great. He lives in Texas and says they keep him cool, loves the fit as well as the style. I will purchase additional club ride shirts for him in the future. Thanks Club Ride!!!!
I got one of these t-shorts and loved it so much i went backfire more. Really great riding shirts for crazy climates (e.g. high elevation desert) and for those that prefer not to look like a clown wearing full body spandex.. 5 stars
This shirt is amazing. Light and versatile- really great drape. Like others, I use it for biking, hiking, work... just about anything.
As with EVERY piece of CR clothing I have purchased. Excellent quality, fit, and value. Always worth the price.
They are very nice but do run big, I wish the draw string was Velcro like the bike shorts, but there is probably a good reason it’s not.
I love it, it’s so nice and I get a lot of compliments, wear it to work, on my bike our to eat . It is so light it doesn’t seem like I are wearing a long sleeve shirt.
I wear it trail running and mountain biking. Lightweight material, long sleeves cover my hands on trail, great sun protection, doesn’t ride up when wearing a running pack. 5’3”, 121lbs and small fits perfect. Only thing is material pilled up on back from wearing running pack. Other than that, it’s perfecto!
Durable and comfortable with nice short inseam.
Great lightweight fabric for the hottest days.
I had been looking for a chamois for summer riding. Then a friend recommended the montcham 3 hrs.
I was a little worried about the waistband, but it’s oft and doesn’t cut into my belly. The padding seemed big when I first put it on, but on the bike it’s very comfortable.
They fit great!
I do most of my riding on rail trails, or the road. I wore these for a 25 mile ride on a hot sunny day in upstate NY. I wanted a light short to wear over a cycling liner b/c I find the spandex cycling shorts just too hot this time of year. These shorts have great stretch. They moved well w/me and dried out quickly. I went from a large to an XL b/c I felt they were a little small in the waist. I'm pretty straight in the seat and thighs. The XL has a little more room than I would like, but I can still wear them w/o the cycling liner and they look fine. I wish they were a tad shorter (1-2"?), but that's not a complaint.
My husband loves this shirt.
I have been on the hunt for a good non-bib chamois liner, and I think I’ve finally found it with a few caveats. The padding is exactly what I was hoping for, not too bulky and plenty of cushion. The fabric is light, stretchy, and dries quickly. I like the higher rise, though I’m not a huge fan of these type of waist bands. They tend to roll over while I’m on the bike. A yoga type waist band would be an excellent addition. For my athletic thighs and rear, the legs are snug, but don’t feel restrictive. My only major complaint is the seam on the hem of the legs. The hem stitching is just above the edge of the fabric leaving a little ledge. Since the legs on these are pretty slim, that ledge of fabric digs in pretty good and leaves a noticeable indentation around my thighs. I think that if the stitching covered this little ledge of fabric, the issue would be resolved. Since this issue is not a deal breaker for me, I’ll probably order another pair eventually, though may try the size up.
These are my favorite by far! They look nice enough to wear to the office and they are tough enough to wear on the trail. VERY comfortable. I have three pair in different colors now.
Fit is amazing, and the stretch points are spot on! These shorts move with you when you ride, and don't pull and bunch up anywhere.
I order these in a size medium along with a pair of Hifi Shorts in size medium. The Fuse fit much tighter everywhere. I’d probably size up if I order another pair. I have a 33” waist.
The shorts have a Velcro and elastic adjustment to tighten the waist, so I don’t think being a little larger would cause a fit issue. For comparison, the Hifi has a different design without the elastic stretch and I have it fully tightened for my waist size. The material is nice with just a tiny bit of stretch coming from the black panels. The thigh pockets are small, will fit a regular size phone but a plus size is a very tight fit. The upper pockets are nice and deep. These are very comfortable for both riding and casual use. I wish there were a couple more colors available and an option to purchase the Shorts only. I’ll definitely buy another pair in the future just a little concerned about going to a Large due to the Liner also then being a Large.
First shorts I had ever bought from club ride definitely not disappointed awesome
I was skeptical at first about the breathe-ability of the shirt however after a 10 mile ride in the summer heat I went back to the bike shop and bought 2 more shirts. Was very pleased with the comfort and it's ability to evaporate sweat away from my body. The shirt functions in coolness. First in fashion and second in function! Thanks CR, I'm recommending your clothing to my friends!
Gotta love it when you find a perfect t-shirt. Quality, comfort, sustainable production, great value. Happy to find the brand; won't be my last product.
This shirt does it all. It’s protects you from the sun, yet breathes really well. Dries quickly. The hood can easily fit over a bike helmet. Great design.
This shirt is super comfy and has just the right fit for me. I’m usually between a medium and large in t shirts and the medium was perfect. I took this shirt on a weekend backpacking trip and I wore it almost the whole time. I will most likely buy another it’s so good.
These shorts are super comfy and they seem durable. I spent one day doing some lift laps with them and was happy with the fit. Plus they didn’t seem to show much dirt. I usually wear 32 waist pants and the medium shorts fit perfect.
Great shorts. Flexible. Internal waist adjustment. Skinnier than I was anticipating but I like it. I’d say their more hipster style riding shorts. But I like them.
I love this shirt. So much that this is the second one I bought. Great colors, great materials, great fit. Super comfortable out on the ride. Great looking when you stop somewhere after.
Another 85-15 mix for hot sticky months of riding. I even wear my 85-15 mix shirts for yard work. This fabric is as good as it gets for me. Vivid orange colors are also a plus for visual safety while riding. Sleeves are comfortably long to provide wrist coverage and sun protection above finger gloves.
Cheers Club Ride.
These are unique and very likable. I also wish they came in the longer, knicker length. I like to have my knees covered when biking.
These have just the right amount of padding and fit close enough to where they protect you but don’t feel like you’re wearing a diaper. I’m about to order a other pair.
Love the silky fabric. I find myself wearing it even when I am not biking.
Love my new Drift Chamois. I debated between the small and medium and finally decided on the medium. I'm 5'4" and about 135. Very comfortable and my derrière doesn't complain at the end of a ride.
Love the shirts from clubride, this one just runs smaller, fits more like an XL than the xxl I ordered
Love these shorts, sturdie great looking
What makes them great: 10' length (many CR shorts are just too long for me). button closure instead of snap (love the snaps on shirts, but on pants they often unsnap mid-ride on me). Great fit and the stretch makes them very comfortable. I was on the upper limit of a size and given the stretch, I did not size up-if I would have they would be too loose. Look great. Suggestions? Put a zipper on the welt pocket (perfect for stashing keys, although as is, may be handy off the bike)- I prefer a small zippered pocket for keys over a zipper on my hand or rear pockets.. I also miss the small side waist adjustment, but a lightweight webbed hiking belt will work just fine.
I don't usually write reviews. But these Mountain Surf Shorts are so functional, high quality and stylish I had to break tradition. I've had a few weeks of riding, hanging out, washing, drying and, ultimately, beating these shorts up. They've held up, sure. But the biggest thing that stands out is how little I think about them when I'm riding. They move with me and don't get in the way. The fit is, I don't know, "relaxed." But they aren't baggy. Just kind of . . . perfect. At least as "daily drivers." I'm 5'11" and about 175 pounds (cough, cough) and ordered large. They fit well. Hard to say how mediums would fit. I might just have to order a pair to find out. I ordered two pairs of these (navy and black) and both colors look great. They have cool features like the zippered pockets on the bottom of both legs and adjustment straps for those days I eat too many pre-ride Oreos. I wear a belt while riding because I like a nice, secure feel, but I'm sure I could get away with just cinching up the adjusters. I love supporting small companies that are creating great products. I guess that's what happens when the people designing the goods live the lifestyle their products are intended for. IF you're looking for great shorts for mountain biking, walking around, doing yard work, watching TV, walking your dog, chasing your kids, writing reviews about on the computer or anything else north of April, you've found them.
Excellent chammy. Feels great. Love to ride around wearing nothing else.
The 85-15 blend is as close to perfect for summer sticky humid weather. Riding, lawn mowing, walking, this fabric does not cling. Great job CR.
