Shipping
How do I receive Free Shipping?
All US shipped orders are eligible for free USPS shipping $100+. All you need to do is set up a Club Ride account, and be signed in. To secure free shipping, create a customer account by following this link. Then check that you are logged in to see free shipping at checkout on orders over $100 USD. This excludes Pro Program accounts and international shipments.
Free Shipping is not applying at checkout.
Please logout and log back in, as it is common that your internet browser has timed out and you’re no longer signed in. The items in your cart will be saved.
Tracking says delivered but it is not at my address or my mailbox.
Typically, in these situations the package arrives 24-48HRS later. That being said, if you don't see the package by the end of the week let us know and we'll process a claim with USPS and reship your order. Reach out to Customer Service.
Returns/Exchanges
Club Ride offers refunds or free exchanges for products of equal or greater value within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date. Some exclusions apply, please read below for details.
How long does it take to process a return for a refund?
Returns for refund will be processed within fourteen (14) business days once the product is received by our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange or refund has been processed.
Industry Pro returns.
Pro Orders are only eligible for the same product exchange in different sizes or colors. Below is a link to login to your account from there you can process an exchange.

Please refer to our Pro Account Policies from when you signed up for your account:
"Exchanges: Club Ride is proud to lead the industry by offering our pro's the ability to exchange products or use credit toward another purchase. To provide this service we do need to pass the cost of return shipping and warehouse restocking fees to you at $10 return shipping and $2.95 restocking fee regardless of the number of items exchanged. To exchange items go to your account page and follow the exchange steps beside the order in question. No returns for credit or refund are accepted."
ExpertVoice returns.
Our relationship with Expert Voice strictly prohibits the return or exchange of goods bought through their platform at the Pro Price. I do apologize but can offer an equal 1x discount to the code used for this purchase to help this situation. You are more than welcome to gift or resell the item in question at your discretion.
This acknowledgement of policy is stated on the Expert Voice redirect platform under the "Deal Guidelines" pop up screen that enables the click through to visit the Club Ride website.
