Club Ride offers free domestic shipping on full price orders not placed by outdoor professionals in our Pro Program.
We are happy to offer additional shipping methods for both UPS and USPS.
We live the mountain lifestyle and understand that USPS may not deliver to your home address so we have added UPS Ground, 2 Day and Standard Overnight shipping options.
International shipping is a flat rate of $20.00 through USPS. Please note that Club Ride is not responsible for any additional individual country duties fees that may apply to your order as they are out of our control.
Club Ride offers free return shipping for domestic within the first 30 days after an order has been placed. Free return shipping is available for the first return or exchange of a product. Products from our Closeout categories do not qualify for free return shipping.
Club Ride does not offer free return shipping on sale items or during sale periods such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday in which discounts exceed 45% off MSRP. Club Ride does not offer free return shipping on multiple exchanges. Club Ride does not offer free return shipping on international orders.
Club Ride stands behind our high quality fabrics and construction to perform under normal and strenuous conditions. Our product warranty extends for the life of the product for any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Failures due to accidents, wear and tear or improper care are not covered under our warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Riding bikes can be a dangerous passion and we understand accidents happen. While crashes and damaged products are not covered by our warranty against defects Club Ride stands behind our community of consumers with a crash replacement program. If you accidentally or in a crash rip, tear, break, damage, split, lacerate, slash, gash, or destroy a Club Ride product you may qualify for a discount to replace your Club Ride product. Proof of purchase is required for all crash replacement claims.
