At Club Ride Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our fabrics and craftsmanship. Our Lifetime Warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal and intended use.
Warranty Coverage
Original Owner Requirement
Warranty claims are available only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from Club Ride Apparel or an authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims.
Authorized Retailers Only
Products purchased through unauthorized resellers, secondhand marketplaces, auction sites, consignment or peer-to-peer sales are not eligible for warranty coverage, as we cannot verify the product's history or authenticity. Warranty claims from off-price reseller partner sites will be reviewed for either a credit against future purchases or replacement. Reciept of purchase must be presented with claim.
Defects vs. Normal Wear
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, crashes, abrasion, fading, or dissatisfaction with fit, color, or personal performance expectations.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team with your proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We'll review your claim and work with you to determine the best resolution.
Crash Replacement Program
Riding bikes can be a dangerous passion and we understand accidents happen. While crashes and damaged products are not covered by our warranty against defects Club Ride stands behind our community of consumers with a crash replacement program. If you accidentally or in a crash rip, tear, break, damage, split, lacerate, slash, gash, or destroy a Club Ride product you may qualify for a discount to replace your Club Ride product. Proof of purchase is required for all crash replacement claims.
