Favorite bike shorts

These are great. I’m actually between L and XL and own one of each. There is enough overlap in the adjustable waist that I can wear either. I’m usually a size 35 for reference and I’m 6’1” 220 lbs. The L is more fitted and XL more a baggy style. Both fit over my pads easily including my hip and tail bone padded liners. More than enough pockets for organizing. Phone stays put in either the open slash pocket or zippered thigh pocket (iPhone 14 Pro). I have the black and stone/tan colors and they clean up well after muddy rides. Really no complaints. I’ll probably buy a third pair in size Large.

Fit Comments: Fits well without being restrictive. The hook and loop adjusters make this easy. When using these for bikepacking I also wear a belt and because these have belt loops it makes that possible.

My favorite shorts!

As most of us do, I've been searching for a nice stretchy short that looks nice but, more importantly, functions well. What I need from a pair of mountain bike shorts are stretch (comfort), durability, good fit that isn't restrictive, well thought out pockets, and stylish. I think these nail it on all fronts! I really like how these fit and how well they ride. One of the best things about Club Ride apparel is that they function like techy bike apparel without being techy. These shorts personify that. I have both the black and light tan versions and love them both!
