Important Update for Our California and New York Customers

As of January 1, 2025, California and New York state laws prohibit the sale of products containing PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). At Club Ride Apparel, we fully support the movement toward healthier, more sustainable solutions and are committed to aligning with these important changes.

PFAS, often referred to as “forever chemicals,” have been widely used for their water-resistant properties. However, they have raised significant environmental and health concerns due to their persistence in ecosystems. While some legacy Club Ride products include these chemicals for their water-repellant performance, we are working to replace them with PFAS-free technologies as soon as possible.

Our Commitment to Eco-Friendly Innovation

We’re actively working to develop and source alternative technologies that deliver the high-performance, water repellent products you expect from Club Ride without compromising on environmental responsibility. While some of our current products may be unavailable in California and New York temporarily, rest assured that exciting, eco-friendly updates are on the horizon.

How This Affects Your Shopping Experience

• Starting in 2025, products containing PFAS will no longer be shipped to California or New York addresses.
• Our website is set to not display these products if you are located in CA and NY.
• In case they do show for you, we clearly mark these products on our website to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
• Stay tuned as we roll out updated, PFAS-free designs.
