Looking for mid-length women's chamois liner for all day use? The Montcham has changed the chamois game with its gel insert technology and 3D foam construction. From huge days of single track adventures in Fruita or Moab, to epic Gravel Adventures in Kansas, the Montcham is a perfect chamois to have in your quiver. At the Sun Valley office, we like it for the all day adventure of Osberg Ridgeline Trail back to town.
Our Design crew developed the ultra breathable RideTech mesh fabric to be soft and comfy, wicking and quick dry, so go ahead and push it to the limits of physical use.

The triple density chamois is female gender specific and the tech gel inserts provide the highest level of comfort in the saddle.

THE BEST EVER!

OK. I'm the original, "Yeti Beti" and I've ridden Yeti's and mt. bikes for a LONG time. I've worn almost every chamois out there. These, bar none, are the BEST EVER! They don't rub your hinny in weird places and they fit just right. These shorts feel like silk on your legs and are super breathable, unlike many lycra ones. The padding may feel a bit stiff at first, but don't regret... they will conform and ride like no other! Typically, I wear the "Level 3" CR chamois, because I ride 3 + hours often, however, the "Level 2" is awesome as well. Thank you, Club Ride, for making THE BEST chamois out there!

Best chamois ever

Best chamois ever. The material is so breathable and soft it’s almost silky and the pad is thick while not being obtrusive for walking. I love the length and the colors too.

I’m annoyed I had to get this colour to get the offer, but nobody is going to see them so I’ll survive. Used them for a spin class this week, and the padding was just right. One star missing because one item has a small hole near the padding out of the bag

The color and fabric are great!

I love it

I love it. I purchased 3 to try them out and went back and bought 3 more. My bike rides are more comfortable. Great purchase . The Padding is just what I was looking for.

Go-to Chamoix since day 1!

I’ve tried them all and the MontCham Chamois 8” version is my go-to chamois regardless of the duration or intensity of my ride. Butter-soft feel without the bulk, waistband sits high enough on the waist so that my shorts don’t uncomfortably ride up over the top of the chamois. Every person’s body shape is unique and these chamois just work on mine. For context I am 5’5”, 125 lbs with slim hips.

Great for longer rides

I love this chamois. The material is comfortable and I like the padding. It's a bit thicker than a lot of the chamois I've worn but it is definitely great for longer rides. It takes one or two rides to make it even more comfy.

Best chamois in a liner short

This is the first time I’ve found a liner weight short with a decent chamois. It is dense and well positioned.

Medium was very tight

I’ve been a true size 8 for as long as I can remember so I ordered a medium (8-10). I don’t have big legs, but these felt way too tight for the size. I was experiencing pinching at the top of my thigh with each pedal stroke. I’m exchanging for the unworn ones for large and hope that they’re more comfortable. I’m not crazy about the low waist front and back as it feels like they are falling off, but I’ll get used to that in time. The padding itself seems really good although I don’t know why there’s so much padding up front at the pubic bone given we sit on our sit bones. It’s just extra pressure where it’s unwelcome. The fabric seems pretty breathable.

Great

The padding in these is just right. They feel bulky when you put them on but then mold to you as you go. My only complaint is I really wish they were higher waisted. Also, I used the size chart but had to exchange for a size up - they fit great now.

Great but chamois is a little stiff.

Bottom line is I'm happy with these shorts but I find the chamois a little stiff. Once I'm on the bike it works well but walking around in it is a little awkward. Having said that I didn't get any chafing so they worked as far as that goes. Also the material of the shorts is comfortable and soft and dries quickly.

Unsatisfied customer

I had purchased a number of these shorts previously and been happy with them but due to poor quality control this most recent pair was completely unwearable. After comparing with previous purchases it became clear that the chamois had been sewn in the incorrect position. As a result the shorts could not be worn without significant discomfort. I tried to follow up with Club Ride directly but received multiple responses that their email inbox was full. This was a sad and frustrating end with this brand. I don not recommend.

Love the padding, but leg elastic not strong enough

Padding is great on this. Incredibly comfortable for long rides. One complaint is that the elastic around the thigh isn't tight enough. They ride up, which gets awkward and uncomfortable at times.

Wedgie alert!

I own a lot of club ride clothing and I really like it overall. I own several of the Eden chamois and they are great. I wanted something with a little more padding for longer rides so decided to try the MontCham. The fit is perfect, I like the fabric, and the length works with my 9" Savvy shorts. Unfortunately, this chamois gives me one helluva wedgie. Something about the vertical groove toward the back of the chamois makes it go right up my crack. The wedgie occurs when I'm off the bike - for example, walking around the house while getting ready to ride. Once I'm on the saddle, it's fine. I wish I could say I'm such a strong technical rider that I never get off and walk, but that's not the case. I can't imagine wearing these on a ride that involves a lot of walking as it's very uncomfortable. I'm hoping that they mold to my rear over time. Thus far, I've worn and washed them four times and I do think they are molding a bit. But I'm probably going to have to relegate this chamois to rides with minimal walking. They might be good for road/gravel. I still really like club ride but I guess we all have different bodies and this chamois just doesn't work for my a$$.

Booty was short?

Like another commenter here I found the rear rise to feel super short and front rise was fine. I have a flat booty so this is not usually my problem.

Runs smaller than previous versions

Slightly disappointed that the rise seems shorter and the fit smaller than the previous versions of the chamois. Others here commented that the higher waistband from previous versions was better - please bring it back!
