Looking for a chamois underwear liner for all day use? The Woodchuck has changed the chamois game with its gel insert technology, 3D foam construction, incredibly breathable stretch fabric and silicone bead leg elastic. From huge days of single-track adventures in Fruita or Moab, to epic Gravel Adventures in Kansas, the Woodchuck is a perfect chamois to have in your quiver. At the Sun Valley office, we like it for the all-day adventure of Osberg Ridgeline Trail back to town.

Our Design crew developed the ultra-breathable RideTech mesh fabric to be soft and comfy, wicking and quick dry, so go ahead and push it to the limits of physical use.

The triple density chamois is male gender specific and the tech gel inserts provide the highest level of comfort in the saddle.

1 pair 443 miles- don’t judge me 😀

I took 1 pair of these on my latest 443 mile off road adventure. They held up very well. Super comfortable and when I had to wade through a river they dried out very quickly. I’m hooked, these are so nice.

Worth the price of admission

Comfortable chamois for long rides. The elastic-stretch thigh bands hold in place nicely. I own several Club Ride products and the quality is top notch.

It is a great liner

It is a great liner. A little too tight, I wish I got a large but I hope it stretches a bit. I guess I am in between sizes. Great quality though.

First ever pair of biking shorts and they are the best

First pair of padded biking shorts and now I completely understand the hype. I did my first ever 40 mile ride during the 5 Boro Bike Tour in NYC, which in hindsight was a pretty ambitious way to start cycling, but these shorts were an absolute lifesaver. They came highly recommended by my cousin who has been riding for over 10 years, and I’m really glad I didn’t cheap out on them.

The padding made a huge difference and definitely protected my nether regions from what otherwise would have been a very painful experience. Comfortable, breathable, and worth every penny. I honestly don’t think I would have enjoyed the ride nearly as much without them.

Would absolutely buy again. Now I officially caught the biking bug.

Comfortable, but runs smaller than the Gunslinger

I’ve been a fan of the Club Ride Gunslinger liners—my pair in size Medium still fits perfectly and remains a go-to for my rides. I wanted a pair for longer days in the saddle, so naturally, I ordered the Woodchuck in a Medium as well, but the fit is noticeably tighter.
The main takeaway for potential buyers: the thicker chamois in the Woodchuck seems to impact the overall fit. I'm assuming that because the padding is more substantial, it takes up more volume, making the liner feel about a half-size smaller than the Gunslinger. I’d recommend sizing up if you are on the edge of a size or used to their thinner liners.

Pros:
Excellent Cushioning: The chamois itself is very high quality and provides great support for longer days in the saddle.
Build Quality: Like most Club Ride gear, the materials feel durable and breathable.

Cons:
Sizing Inconsistency: There should probably be a fit note regarding the extra loft of the chamois.

I would definitely buy these again because the comfort level is top-notch, but I’ll be reaching for a Large next time.

First time out I forgot i was even wearing them

First time out I forgot i was even wearing them. One of the most comfortable Chamois I have ever worn. I plan on buying another pair for a trip to Europe this summer.

Best Chamois I’ve owned! Comfy, true to size!

These chamois’ rock. There is a noticeably denser amount of padding in these shorts compared to the majority of my other, older chamois. This makes them absolutely more comfortable, especially on longer rides. They are likely overkill for the spin bike but amazing for outdoor rides, especially longer rides. They run true to size. I have yet to get any chafing or sores with these chamois’s. I am a huge fan!

Great upgrade, excellent padding and breathability

I have been looking for some new chamois to wear under my cycling shorts. I had purchased some cheap ones on Amazon and they are ok but they're a little thick and the padding is almost too much. I saw these Club Ride gear come up on my feed and liked the styling and the padding. They went on sale so I figured I'd give them a try. I was very happy with the fit (Medium is perfect for me) and the padding is just right. I used them on a long ride and didn't have to get up from my seat. They breathe well and I didn't overheat. I have used and washed them multiple times in just the short period of time I have had them. I will be looking to add a few more pair to rotate them out. Great price and value, would definitely recommend.

So far, great!

Only used once, but drastically higher quality and comfort than Club Ride's mid-tier liner which I have lots of experience with. Definitely worth the extra $8-10. Very pleasantly surprised.

Comfortable and breathable!

I’ve had these chammys many of times. I had my last couple pairs for multiple years and they finally wore out. Great comfort for 4+ hr rides, incredibly breathable so down there doesn’t over heat.
