Let's face it, sometimes that snazzy jersey or stylish shorts just didn't fit right or the color didn't match your skin tone. We understand. That's why at Club Ride we will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase - whether you'd like to exchange for a different size, color, style. If you really just think you would rather have your money back, then just return your item to any Club Ride authorized dealer or send back to us in Ketchum.
What about a warranty issue?
We at Club Ride stand behind our high quality fabrics and construction to perform under normal and strenuous conditions. Our product warranty extends for one year from date-of-purchase for any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Where should you send your Club Ride product for an exchange or refund?
You can exchange at a Club Ride authorized dealer or directly back to us in Ketchum. Please include a copy of your receipt, instructions on what you would like to do, phone number and email address. If you are returning for a more expensive product, customer service will contact you for credit card information.
Is there a preferred shipping method?
Totally up to you! Just a note - Ketchum does not have postal mail delivery, so if you'd like to return via USPS, please send to our PO Box. If you'd prefer to send FedEx or UPS, please send to our physical/shipping address.
