I have gotten other 34W pants from ClubRide and these are just a hair smaller in the waist and thigh than the jeans. I don't want to size up but these could be a tad more relaxed in the fit. Love the cut and fabric
I haven't ridden with these pants yet, but they're ridiculously comfortable for everything else so far. They're stretchier than I thought they'd be, but it turns out I dig that!
I purchased these pants as well as the fat Jack and like them both equally. Not sure why these are so much more than the other pants. They work great for mountain biking and also Cross country skating. The cuff easily goes over my ski boots.
Like other reviews they are not as loose in the thighs, but I would not say tight. They feel and fit very comfortably and I love them!
These pants fit me well in the waist and length. The part that I find odd is how they fit in the leg. They don’t seem to hang like they do in the pictures. They are tight on the leg between the crotch and knee. Not constricting, as there is plenty of stretch, but definitely not loose. This is emphasized when you put a wallet or phone in the thigh pockets. I don’t normally wear tight pants, but it does keep them from snagging on the saddle if you are moving around on the bike. From the knee down they seem to flare out. This hasn’t gotten wrapped up in the chain ring, but I got these in grey and the ankle is starting to get black from the drivetrain lubrication. I would have thought pants made for biking would taper or have something to tighten up the ankle area when riding. Besides these minor grievances, they are quite nice. I’m getting used to the fit, and my wife likes how they look. I suppose I’ll pick up a pair in black as well.
