He now has both colors and lives in them. Great for biking but also lounging, can dress up or down, and the fit is perfect. Great purchase! Both times :)
These are the most incredible combination of great fit, feel, easy to clean multi use shorts I have ever owned, I'm getting 2 more pair for sure!
Whys the sky blue, why's boobs good, cuz they just are!
But seriously, I have a love/hate relationship with MTB Shorts. You either look like you're about to hit the starting gate or you're out of a fucking TRON movie, I am neither of those things. These shorts encompass my perfect ideal of shorts for riding. THEY DON'T LOOK LIKE RIDING-SPECIFIC SHORTS! I can laze in or go semi-casual in these bad boys with the flexibility of a circus contortionist. I do find however that they relax after wearing, so if you like your shorts really snug (NOT ME,) I would size down, however, if you like a pair of shorts that can take you from office (well my office anyway,) to yacht party, to drag races to a long weekend ride, the JOE DIRTS IS GOOD!
I love both the color and fit of my new Joe Dirt shorts. I have the Ecru color. The fit may not be what some mt bike guys expect or else maybe my pair are unique but they do not fit like they do on the guy in the ad, rather a snug fit right down to the knee which is not uncomfortable because they have a lot of stretch in the material. I like the material a lot as well, it is soft and a bit more thick than usual for bike shorts but very comfortable.
If I had any complaint it is that it is hard to get shorts for tall guys , I am 6' 3" and though these are close enough it would be nice if there were talls available
Super comfortable shorts. Used for mountain biking and gravel rides.
No liner, so you can wear them anywhere.
This a COMFORT FIT style and fits true to size. For more information on the difference between comfort and sport fit click here.
