The versatility made them a go-to pick for me for traveling and bikepacking trips. I could wear the shorts on the bike, but then wear them to dinner as well.Femme Cyclist
I had been looking for a pair of shorter inseam mtb shorts for a while. (I normally ride in shorts from a Colorado-based women's company known for very loud, bright prints. They are great shorts but sometimes the longer inseam seems like too much as I'm short.) I ordered these in size small and they fit perfectly; I'm 5'3", 115 lbs, with a trim waist/hips and muscular quads. I've ridden in these shorts five times now and they're great. The length is just what I wanted, they don't ride up, and the chamois inside is very comfortable. Can also detach the chamois and put different ones underneath to accommodate laundry needs. The shorts have good pockets and look good as normal shorts without the chamois, too.
I love these shorts. The stretch, the length, the quick to dry. They are my favorite hiking and camping shorts. The padded liner short is much improved over the original one which fit like a brief. This will give much better protection for more casual rides.
The cut is a little weird around my waist. It dips below my belly button, but the waist band on the back comes up very high on my back. Not a big deal, but just different. The shorts are still comfortable and I like the color.
Best MTB or commuting shorts. Stylish, comfortable, & versatile. After a ride, I slip the chamois off and the shell is perfect for the brewery.
