These shorts are comfy and lightweight but they for sure run small....I'm 5'9" 160, usually wear a 10 in most pants and ordered a large and they are reallllly tight and quite a lot shorter than they look in the photos
These are THE BEST shorts I've EVER owned...except every single medium and every single large pair is cut a WAAAY different size. Buy multiple pairs and return the ones that don't fit. I'm 60 years old and I've been buying biking clothing and other sports clothing since I was in my 20s. The Savvy short is comfortable, extremely light weight, breathable, rapid-dry-quick-dry, easy to wash, ands takes up practically zero packing space. I use them for leisure wear, hiking, biking, camping, paddle-boarding, kayaking, exercising, and climbing in indoor gyms. You'll never paddle board in another short again after you try these. I bought my first pair on vacation in a bike shop in Moab, UT. I had to try on lots of pairs because every pair of mediums were cut a very different size and the same was true of the size large pairs. I bought one medium pair and one large pair in Moab. Then later I ordered 4 more pair from the Club Ride website, 2 mediums and two larges....the same sizing problem existed. They have a grossly obvious production quality control problem in the cutting department that I hope they get fixed because these really are THE BEST SHORTS EVER. I also bought a large pair of coral Savvy shorts from an independent dealer via EVO. They were a large and fit me the same as the large pair I bought in Moab except this pair was 1.5 inches longer than the Moab pair. Dear Club Ride, Please fix the cutting/sizing problem so each medium and each large is the same because these are awesome shorts and I don't want you to quit making them! (P.S., Also, two of the seven pairs I have purchased had grossly tight snaps. They loosen up but have to be real careful not to tear the fabric!)
