M's Shaka Flannel
Born to be warm, can’t help but be cool. The Shaka is made with our moisture wicking, keep warm poly yarn to keep you toasty on the chilliest of adventures. Overheating is managed with venting under the arms and easy to fasten brushed snaps. Look cool, feel warm and stay dry. Store your media device or other goodies in the rear zipper pocket, and feel safe cruising the town after dark with reflective accents.
The Shaka flannel – it's made of polyester rather than cotton, and has mesh underarm vents to keep air moving and prevent its wearer from overheating. I'd call it a mid-weight flannel, one that would work for chilly fall rides.
Flannels are my go to in the fall. Whether I'm wearing them to commute, work, or mountain bike, they're a staple. That said, you can't just wear any ole flannel mountain biking without quickly regretting your decision. Club Ride has done a great job of making these both warm and extremely breathable.
In addition to providing excellent wicking ability, the polyester fabric also does a good job insulating on cool days. Even in the fall and winter, heat management is important for comfort, so Club Ride has built in strategic ventilated panels in the underarms. Not only that, since the jersey is a button-down, the front of the jersey is naturally ventilated between the snaps, and can easily be opened up when temperatures rise.

I love these shirts. I use them for cooler Fall, Spring, and Winter mountain bike and fat bike rides. They are comfortable, functional, and good-looking. I work in a casual work environment and I wear these to work some days. They fit as expected and are made with quality workmanship.
I am quite stoked on this shirt, during a ride it functions perfectly as intended. I was initially a bit disappointed when the shirt showed up with one of the snaps near the top was damaged and very uncomfortable. But all it took was a quick note to CR and they had a replacement on it's way and I have sent the original back for repair.
SUPER stoked on this company and will definitely be trying more riding gear out in the near future.
Great shirt for winter riding. Enough warmth and adds some style to my game. Can go straight from the trail to the post-ride beers and hold its own in both settings.
This is a very comfortable shirt and my first attempt at a “riding flannel“ I’m 510 190 to 200 pounds and the large fits extremely well. When sweaty it does tend to bind up across my shoulders a little bit but that’s not so much a fit issue as a ventilation issue. I wear this with no pack and I do find that if the rear shoulder piece of fabric had more ventilation built-in it would be absolutely perfect. Overall fit and finish is excellent, snaps are terrific, zippers work terrific, pockets are awesome. I would definitely recommend this product.
This fall/winter season I was searching for comfortable MTB gear for up here in the North East. I use a mid-weight base under the flannel for riding in 30-50 Degree weather, and find that it regulates body temperature well. It dries fast, fits true to size, and looks nice as a casual shirt to wear out. For reference, I wear an XL, 6'1 215LBS.
