Size L fits great for me; 6'2" appx. 33" waist. Highly recommend giving these things a wash before riding as they are a bit stiff straight out of the package to the trail - but once they've been through a wash they soften up and fit perfectly. The length is an added bonus and help the liner from riding up. Stitching and fabrics are top notch. Love these so much I purchased a second pair!
I am 6' with 32" waist and got the large and they fit well, I have had their other liners in medium and they are too tight on the thigh for me.
I just wore these in the 18 hours of Fruita and they worked really well, one liner was great for the whole race. No hot spots or discomfort, these are great for long rides!!!
Fit great, comfy, no slippage. Highly reccomend
I have not had a chance to use the liner yet, but I really like the 2 hour liner.
Getting a bit smaller. previous XL fit a little looser. still a great product. make sure to take care of the more stout riders.
