Great shirt, use it like a lite jacket during the fall with a base layer. Large runs a little small, tight in the shoulders. Exchanged for an XL
Only 1 ride so far. 23 miles in 40’s with a tight dry fit below. I was comfortable the whole ride. Stayed dry. Loved the pocket in back for refuel. Seems like great quality so far. Riding buddy jumped right online to buy one but his size was sold out. I’d wear it casually too.
I like the heft of the material and the breath-ability.
I crashed while wearing it the other day, but I had my sleeves rolled up, so I cannot yet testify to the durability of the patches on the elbows.
I have 8 years worth of Club Ride "flannel" shirts, and Jack is my favorite by far. Seriously. It has the stretch that I am appreciating more and more, but the quality of the material is what makes this shirt stand out. I have all my old CR shirts, and they have become work shirts now, but this one, this I feel will last much longer. It feels like it is built to last. Not a lightweight material - almost like armor, but not. ANd of course, the snaps. Heavenly. I bought two of these shirts, and one went through an extra dry cycle, and is now more snug than I would like. I highly recommend that you air dry this wonderful non-flannel, but feels like flannel jersey.
