For hiking and generally kicking around town, the Club Ride HiFi has been pulled from the suitcase very often. It rides on the body just as well while walking down the trail as it does pedaling up a mountain.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the Hifi shorts. Despite their substantive nature, I neither felt too hot during rides in cooked canyons, nor too chilly in morning mist and fog. They strike that balance of slim enough and just the right length while having comfort that doesn’t flap.

The 13’ inseam gives you plenty of coverage on the bike even covering the tops of your knee pads to avoid the dreaded pad gap when the trails get rowdy. External velcro adjustment straps keep the shorts where you want them. Lightweight stretchy fabric is water and dirt-resistant keeping you drier while brushing up against the dew-covered bushes on those early morning rides.
Best bikes shirts I’ve ever owned. Nice loose fit and plenty of room for phone and snacks.
I'm an avid mountain biker, I will say I love these shorts but they are great not just for biking but for every day use too! I have been using these as my go to shorts for everything! absolutely love them!
I love these shorts, they breath, they ride very well and they provide just the right amount of coverage. I just hope you don’t have to reach or talk to customer serivice because they are impossible to contact and they are incredibly rude.
Very comfortable wore all day before and after a ride
These are great. I’m actually between L and XL and own one of each. There is enough overlap in the adjustable waist that I can wear either. I’m usually a size 35 for reference and I’m 6’1” 220 lbs. The L is more fitted and XL more a baggy style. Both fit over my pads easily including my hip and tail bone padded liners. More than enough pockets for organizing. Phone stays put in either the open slash pocket or zippered thigh pocket (iPhone 14 Pro). I have the black and stone/tan colors and they clean up well after muddy rides. Really no complaints. I’ll probably buy a third pair in size Large.
